We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and want our customers to be happy! So, if when you receive your parcel you are not happy with the contents, you will be refunded on return of the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

We always aim to dispatch orders within 24/48 hours of receipt whenever possible.
All items are sent securely packed up and clearly labelled, so that the contents arrive safely.

As we sell a wide variety of items it’s not possible to give the best postal prices online, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import duties/taxes due.

We cannot accept International Returns on Steiff Limited edition collectables.

Returns

If you are un-happy with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund.

We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item.

Returns must be sent back with any original boxes, packing and certificates.

Any refund will be less the original postage, and you will be responsible for the postage back to us. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing (This includes product tags and certificates).
