Categories
Located near the top on the right side of every page
you will see a list of categories. By clicking on a category
you will access any sub-categories or products under that category. In brackets
next to each caetgory or sub-category is a number in brackets, this is the number of
items in that category.
Product Details
When you have a list of products on the screen you can access the product
details by clicking on the product name or image. When you click on a product,
the main product details will be displayed, giving a full description of the
product. You may click on the image to display a larger image if available.
If the product has any options e.g. different sizes, or gift wrapping
options you may select these from the drop down boxes.
Manufacturers
The dropdown manufacturers list will allow you to select a particular manufacturer. Once selected
a complete list of all that manufacturers products will be displayed. If the supplier has more
than one section you can view just that section by selecting from the dropdown box.
In Cart
This button is located at the bottom of the product description and will add
that item to your shopping cart... it may be removed at any time.
My Account
You are not required to create an account with us to browse our site, but it is
required to complete your first order. The information we collect is simply to
recall your shipping information for subsequent orders. Also, you will be given
an address book in which you may add up to 5 different addresses for shipping
to parties other than your account address... This is a great for ordering
gifts for friends! - if you should need more than 5 entries, please contact our
webmaster. webmaster@dobegecollectables.co.uk
Searching Our Site
You can also use our QUICK FIND box if you are unsure of the exact item
name. Simple one word searches work best... Or, use our Advanced Search
Selection. to do a detailed search of our database.
Both of these links are located on the left side of every page.
Completing your order
Once you have completed your order, from the shopping cart screen. Click on the
checkout button. If you have not already logged in or created an account you
will be asked to do so. After logging in, you can then complete your order, specify
shipping details and payments details. After entering all this information you will
asked to confirm the order.
